I wish I could give these guys a 10 + stars. Unbelievable. My cousin hired them when she moved out of state and I was impressed. Then a year later I decided to move but I could not remember who my cousin used so I called and got a few quotes. I have just returned from Palm Springs and settling my mom's estate sale with the Retro Etcetera Estate Sales super team of Eric and Ted Zepeda. I am happy to say that there were no surprises! No hidden charges! No surprise fees! This team did exactly what they said they would do.
However, their contract did not include this.... that they would treat my mom's things with such care, leave her home spotless, and that they would become lifelong friends! I feel so fortunate to have found them.

This guys are terrific!! I hired them to take care of the estate sale for my mother's house. They did an amazing job staging the entire house- making it look better than it ever did! Ted and Eric and their staff worked so hard getting everything ready for the sale; including getting old lawn equipment running again! Thanks to their know-how, they even sold stuff I never would have thought about. I completely trusted them to handle all the details, and they did a great job. And I got a check from them 3 days after the sale....and I never had to lift a finger! I can't say enough good things about these two. Thank you for making my life so much easier!

Eric & team are the embodiment of above and beyond. My house sale process has been very complicated, to say the least, particularly with the added stress of not living in Palm Springs. From the first interaction on the phone with Eric, to meeting him in person as we started planning the furniture sale, to the continued updates afterward, I very quickly felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Not only did they put together the sale in a very short amount of time, they also went many extra miles making sure I didn't have to worry about a lot of things that I would have otherwise needed to take care of. A business relationship driven by empathy and trust, how often do you see that these days? They even took on helping me with the remaining items that didn't sell on the spot, once again shaving off additional worries that would have otherwise popped up. These guys saved the day! Our family had to liquidate our parent's home for a quick close and they stepped up and got EVERYTHING done with a day to spare, which was no easy feat. Wow, Eric and Ted are miracle workers. I recently sold an investment home in Palm Springs. Living in Los Angeles, I had no time to get to the property and sell the furniture. Eric is part salesman, part ringleader, part air traffic controller, part therapist. I never would have gotten this done without both of these guys. Eric not only sold the furniture, he helped with items like bringing the cable box and router to Spectrum, dealt with a very restrictive HOA, and left the house 'ready to close (escrow)'. I can't emphasize enough how much of an asset these guys were...they simply get things done. They make executive decisions when/if necessary, but were sure to check with me on items of high importance. They even felt I was getting 'low balled' on too many items, and those items they refused to sell at the 'moving sale', and have moved them to their shop on consignment. I'm the #1 producing real estate agent in Downtown Los Angeles...and, if Eric and Ted were in my market, I'd happily and confidently refer them to every one of my clients, even the high-maintenance/impossible to please clients...because I know these guys would not only be able to appease such clients, but I suspect they'd be able to calm them down too!
